Step onto the trail and into your creative flow. Led by Nature Artist, Art Educator, and Trail Guide Liz Dueck, Art Hikes blend guided nature exploration with expressive, hands-on artmaking. Each hike invites participants to slow down, observe the living world closely, and translate those experiences through sketching, natural pigments, and mindful creative exercises.

Whether you’re an artist seeking new inspiration, a family wanting a creative outdoor experience, or a group looking to reconnect with nature and each other, Art Hikes offer a grounding way to create in the open air.

What to expect:

• A gentle 2–3 hour guided hike in scenic Oklahoma landscapes in the Tulsa/Sand Springs area (open to farther location with additional travel fee)

• Creative exercises inspired by plants, textures, and movement in nature

• In this option, if you have art supplies already and would like to save a bit of cash, feel free to bring your own materials

• Reflection, connection, and time to breathe

No art experience required — just curiosity and an openness to explore.
